RETURN AND REFUND

Return Policy

  1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@tumibags.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a return authorization.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 60 days.
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@tumibags.com.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
